My niche is taking undeveloped properties, creating conceptual design plans, and then implementing a construction plan to develop and make an otherwise undesirable property into one of significant value, which is marketed and sold to unexpected buyers.  Includes renovations and repairs, aka "flipping residential properties".

Appointed Positions

• Appointed to the City of Cullman’s Tree Commission by Mayor Don Green. During appointment, was the lead designer in creating Depot Park and worked with Mayor Donald Green and Superintendents to complete work.

• Worked with City Arborist Darryl Johns to develop the city’s landscape ordinance to be enforced by building inspectors.

• Taught Urban Forestry classes each year for the F.A.W.N program to elementary kids from Cullman County.
